Укроп с петрушкой нарежу, заморожу.
Хочу еще сделать вот такую витаминную смесь, как раз в период простуд и орви актуально.
Еще планирую поделать смузи для себя и для Саши. Вдохновилась на смузи, прочитав пост о пользе тут.
Кстати, смузи вообще отличный вариант для тех, кто не очень охотно ест овощи, ведь в этот напиток можно замаскировать практически любой продукт.
