Ленинский районный суд города Тюмени вынес приговор 44-летнему мужчине, который в прошлом году забросал храм Дмитрия Донского на улице Республики «коктейлями Молотова». Суд установил, что он совершил преступление, испытывая неприязнь к верующим и священнослужителям.
Обвиняемый признан виновным по двум статьям:
🔹 Ч. 3 ст. 30, ч. 2 ст. 167 УК РФ (покушение на умышленное уничтожение чужого имущества, если это деяние повлекло причинение значительного ущерба, совершенное путем поджога); 🔹 Ч. 2 ст. 214 УК РФ (вандализм, то есть осквернение зданий, порча имущества в иных общественных местах, совершенные по мотивам религиозной ненависти).
Суд приговорил его к 2 годам лишения свободы в колонии-поселении.
