Как прогнозируют власти, в результате реализации программы — дополнительный объем производства молока составит 159 тыс. тонн, а кроме этого будет создано 1 389 высокопроизводительных рабочих мест. Из областного бюджета с 2023 по 2035 годы на это потратят 5,3 млрд рублей.
