В нее входит завершение реконструкции взлетно-посадочной полосы аэропорта Кемерова и начало строительства аэропорта возле горнолыжного курорта Шерегеш. Также предусмотрено создание инфраструктуры инженерных сетей особой экономической зоны «Кузбасс» и строительство второй очереди Кузбасского технопарка.
Весь комплекс мероприятий в рамках обновленной программы оценивается в 82 млрд рублей.
