Московский городской суд оставил в силе постановление Таганского районного суда Москвы о назначении административного штрафа в отношении Google LLC в размере 4 611 738 636 рублей.
Это третий оборотный штраф, назначенный компании в РФ за неудаление запрещенного и недостоверного контента.
Первый оборотный штраф на 7,222 млрд назначали в 2021 году. А второй — в 2022 году. Тогда суд оштрафовал Google на 21,7 млрд руб.

Oleksandra Matviichuk, a Kyiv-based lawyer and head of the Center for Civil Liberties, called Durov’s position "very weak," and urged concrete improvements. The perpetrators use various names to carry out the investment scams. They may also impersonate or clone licensed capital market intermediaries by using the names, logos, credentials, websites and other details of the legitimate entities to promote the illegal schemes. In December 2021, Sebi officials had conducted a search and seizure operation at the premises of certain persons carrying out similar manipulative activities through Telegram channels.
