19 ноября списывать кредиты на сумму до 10 миллионов рублей тем, кто подпишет контракт с Минобороны с 1 декабря этого года, разрешила Госдума. При этом списывать можно будет только те долги, исполнительное производство по которым вступило в силу до 1 декабря — то есть до подписания контракта. Действующих контрактников эта льгота не коснется.

Although some channels have been removed, the curation process is considered opaque and insufficient by analysts.
