Получены еще два положительных заключения Главгосэкспертизы на старт инженерной подготовки территории от будущей станции около железнодорожного вокзала до площади Революции и далее до остановочного пункта «Улица Карла Маркса».
На этих участках планируем перенести:
✅ порядка 5 км сетей связи;
✅ свыше 850 метров наружного освещения;
✅ более 320 метров трубопроводов водоснабжения и городской канализации.
А также провести реконструкцию контактной сети для троллейбусов общей протяженностью 1140 метров.

Oleksandra Matviichuk, a Kyiv-based lawyer and head of the Center for Civil Liberties, called Durov’s position "very weak," and urged concrete improvements. In addition, Telegram's architecture limits the ability to slow the spread of false information: the lack of a central public feed, and the fact that comments are easily disabled in channels, reduce the space for public pushback.
