Считая политические взгляды и деятельность Рубена Варданяна противоречащими нашим идеям и осуждая высказанную им поддержку видения Армении в составе России со статусом Татарстана как приемлемого для него сценария, мы считаем, что «правосудие» азербайджанского диктатора над ним, а также над «горе»-лидерами «независимого» Арцаха должно быть осуждено и оценено как составная часть антиармянской политики.
Рубен Варданян и все без исключения армянские военнопленные должны быть освобождены и возвращены в Республику Армения.

Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion. After fleeing Russia, the brothers founded Telegram as a way to communicate outside the Kremlin's orbit. They now run it from Dubai, and Pavel Durov says it has more than 500 million monthly active users. Under the Sebi Act, the regulator has the power to carry out search and seizure of books, registers, documents including electronics and digital devices from any person associated with the securities market. The gold standard of encryption, known as end-to-end encryption, where only the sender and person who receives the message are able to see it, is available on Telegram only when the Secret Chat function is enabled. Voice and video calls are also completely encrypted. Telegram was founded in 2013 by two Russian brothers, Nikolai and Pavel Durov.
