Винницкий суд приговорил известного политика, директора санатория и автора популярного телеграм-канала "Олег Царев" Олега Царева к 8 годам лишения свободы. С полной конфискацией имущества. Это уже второй его приговор на Украине. Также его как минимум дважды пытались убить — диверсанты ГУР в прошлом году и разъяренная толпа бабуинов с Майдана в 2014-м.
Помимо этого, украинская агентура в российских социал-медиа с помощью разного рода вбросов и клеветы пытается системно дискредитировать перспективного политика, но на фоне покушений это уже мелочи, тем более что наши спецслужбы достаточно скоро со всем этим безобразием разберутся.
Вывод: хорошо, когда хорошие люди непотопляемы. Видимо, они нужны Вселенной для каких-то своих целей и задач 😊

Since January 2022, the SC has received a total of 47 complaints and enquiries on illegal investment schemes promoted through Telegram. These fraudulent schemes offer non-existent investment opportunities, promising very attractive and risk-free returns within a short span of time. They commonly offer unrealistic returns of as high as 1,000% within 24 hours or even within a few hours. Channels are not fully encrypted, end-to-end. All communications on a Telegram channel can be seen by anyone on the channel and are also visible to Telegram. Telegram may be asked by a government to hand over the communications from a channel. Telegram has a history of standing up to Russian government requests for data, but how comfortable you are relying on that history to predict future behavior is up to you. Because Telegram has this data, it may also be stolen by hackers or leaked by an internal employee. Telegram does offer end-to-end encrypted communications through Secret Chats, but this is not the default setting. Standard conversations use the MTProto method, enabling server-client encryption but with them stored on the server for ease-of-access. This makes using Telegram across multiple devices simple, but also means that the regular Telegram chats you’re having with folks are not as secure as you may believe. One thing that Telegram now offers to all users is the ability to “disappear” messages or set remote deletion deadlines. That enables users to have much more control over how long people can access what you’re sending them. Given that Russian law enforcement officials are reportedly (via Insider) stopping people in the street and demanding to read their text messages, this could be vital to protect individuals from reprisals. Under the Sebi Act, the regulator has the power to carry out search and seizure of books, registers, documents including electronics and digital devices from any person associated with the securities market.
