On February 14, the First Deputy Minister of Defence-Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Armenia, Lieutenant General Edward Asryan, also attended a reception for high-ranking military commanders.
At the reception, Edward Asryan held private meetings with the Chief of the Defence Staff of the Federal Armed Forces of the Federal Republic of Germany, General Carsten Breuer, the NATO Supreme Allied Commander Europe and Commander of U.S. European Command, General Christopher Cavoli, the Commandant of the NATO Defence College, Lieutenant General Arthur Nielsen (Danish Armed Forces), as well as other senior military officials. ___
14 февраля первый заместитель министра обороны РА, начальник Генерального штаба ВС РА, генерал-лейтенант Эдвард Асрян также принял участие в приеме высокопоставленных военных руководителей.

Later in April, he told TechCrunch that he had left Russia and had “no plans to go back,” saying that the nation was currently “incompatible with internet business at the moment.” He added later that he was looking for a country that matched his libertarian ideals to base his next startup. Since January 2022, the SC has received a total of 47 complaints and enquiries on illegal investment schemes promoted through Telegram. These fraudulent schemes offer non-existent investment opportunities, promising very attractive and risk-free returns within a short span of time. They commonly offer unrealistic returns of as high as 1,000% within 24 hours or even within a few hours. Oh no. There’s a certain degree of myth-making around what exactly went on, so take everything that follows lightly. Telegram was originally launched as a side project by the Durov brothers, with Nikolai handling the coding and Pavel as CEO, while both were at VK. On February 27th, Durov posted that Channels were becoming a source of unverified information and that the company lacks the ability to check on their veracity. He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations.
