С момента своего открытия, колл-центр получил множество обращений. Люди сообщали о получении СМС с подозрительными ссылками. Были и сообщения о предложениях скидок от магазинов электротоваров, которые якобы связаны с празднованием дня рождения.

Кроме того, поступали звонки от "представителей банка". Они просили продиктовать код карты под предлогом предотвращения блокировки счета. Также зафиксированы звонки из МФЦ с номера 20-20-02, где требовали заблокировать госуслуги и предоставить личные данные.

Важно быть внимательными и не поддаваться на уловки мошенников. Если вы столкнулись с подобными ситуациями, не стесняйтесь обращаться на горячую линию.
