Стипендии назначены 17 ученым, включая докторов и кандидатов наук, старших преподавателей, доцентов, ассистентов и научных сотрудников различных вузов и институтов Дагестана.
А также 21 аспиранту Дагестанского государственного университета, Дагестанского государственного технического университета, Дагестанского государственного аграрного университета, Дагестанского государственного педагогического университета, Федерального аграрного научного центра и Института физики ДФИЦ РАН.
