⚡️ Около 11.40 мск киевским режимом совершена террористическая атака по жилым кварталам города Белгорода с применением тактического ракетного комплекса «Точка-У», реактивных систем залпового огня «Ольха» и RM-70 «Вампир».
В ходе отражения атаки российскими средствами ПВО уничтожены шесть ракет «Точка-У», четыре реактивных снаряда РСЗО «Вампир» и два реактивных снаряда РСЗО «Ольха». Фрагментами одной из сбитых ракет ТРК «Точка-У» поврежден жилой дом в городе Белгород.

Channels like Donbass Insider and Bellum Acta, as reported by Foreign Policy, started pumping out pro-Russian propaganda as the invasion began. Ukrainian officials, in potential violation of the Geneva Convention, have shared imagery of dead and captured Russian soldiers on the platform. Either way, Durov says that he withdrew his resignation but that he was ousted from his company anyway. Subsequently, control of the company was reportedly handed to oligarchs Alisher Usmanov and Igor Sechin, both allegedly close associates of Russian leader Vladimir Putin. These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. "There is a significant risk of insider threat or hacking of Telegram systems that could expose all of these chats to the Russian government," said Eva Galperin with the Electronic Frontier Foundation, which has called for Telegram to improve its privacy practices. Apparently upbeat developments in Russia's discussions with Ukraine helped at least temporarily send investors back into risk assets. Russian President Vladimir Putin said during a meeting with his Belarusian counterpart Alexander Lukashenko that there were "certain positive developments" occurring in the talks with Ukraine, according to a transcript of their meeting. Putin added that discussions were happening "almost on a daily basis."
