Осень ставит снежинкой печать.
Я плыву в перламутровом море:
То судья, всех готовый прощать,
То монах в молчаливом затворе.

На земле, как на классной доске,
Пишет формулы снег белым мелом.
Мой фундамент стоит на песке,
Наклонившись, скрипя, неумело.

Всё вокруг в летаргическом сне:
Ели, пруд, колокольня и поле.
То ли вздох, то ли стон, то ли смех,
То ли узник стенает в неволе.

Проскользну по застывшему льду.
Полынья где-то прячется справа.
Я язык общий с ветром найду,
На мороз, наконец то - управу.

Здесь сегодня то сладкий покой,
То пожары божественных молний.
То ли кони храпят за рекой,
То ли волки - в голодной агонии.

В тьму души многогранны пути,
Но Единственный - в Свет Неприступный.
Учит жизнь, как скорее найти-
Благодать среди сумрачных будней.

А меня вновь волной унесло.
Всё вместилось в единой минуте.
То ли плещет вода под веслом,
То ли кормчий вздыхает в каюте…

What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. The channels have become popular with on-the-ground journalists, aid workers and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who broadcasts on a Telegram channel. The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm. Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders. Given the pro-privacy stance of the platform, it’s taken as a given that it’ll be used for a number of reasons, not all of them good. And Telegram has been attached to a fair few scandals related to terrorism, sexual exploitation and crime. Back in 2015, Vox described Telegram as “ISIS’ app of choice,” saying that the platform’s real use is the ability to use channels to distribute material to large groups at once. Telegram has acted to remove public channels affiliated with terrorism, but Pavel Durov reiterated that he had no business snooping on private conversations. These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. "The inflation fire was already hot and now with war-driven inflation added to the mix, it will grow even hotter, setting off a scramble by the world’s central banks to pull back their stimulus earlier than expected," Chris Rupkey, chief economist at FWDBONDS, wrote in an email. "A spike in inflation rates has preceded economic recessions historically and this time prices have soared to levels that once again pose a threat to growth."
