30 ноября – памятная дата для всех ликвидаторов Чернобыльской аварии. В этот день ровно 38 лет назад завершилось строительство объекта «Укрытие» – гигантского саркофага, укрывшего разрушенный четвёртый энергоблок АЭС. Еще этот день неофициально называют Чернобыльским Днём Победы.

Сегодня у памятника жертвам Чернобыльской трагедии вспомнили наших героев – участников беспрецедентной в истории человечества спасательной операции.

Возложили цветы, минутой молчания почтили память погибших горожан.

Мариупольцы были в первых рядах ликвидаторов радиационного заражения. Ценой своего здоровья, ценой титанических усилий они отвратили эту угрозу от мирного населения и спасли сотни тысяч человеческих жизней.

Память о тех, кто пожертвовал жизнью для защиты всего человечества от ядерной опасности, навсегда останется в сердцах ныне живущих и будущих поколений россиян.
