Вночі російські терористи вкотре масовано атакували Одесу та Одеський район ударними безпілотниками.

Внаслідок атаки постраждали четверо осіб, серед них – дитина. Всі госпіталізовані у стані середнього ступеня важкості.

Пошкоджено цивільну інфраструктуру, зокрема дитячу поліклініку. У медзакладі пошкоджено фасад, внутрішнє оздоблення, вибиті шибки.

Усі служби працюють над ліквідацією наслідків атаки.

The Security Service of Ukraine said in a tweet that it was able to effectively target Russian convoys near Kyiv because of messages sent to an official Telegram bot account called "STOP Russian War." The fake Zelenskiy account reached 20,000 followers on Telegram before it was shut down, a remedial action that experts say is all too rare. He said that since his platform does not have the capacity to check all channels, it may restrict some in Russia and Ukraine "for the duration of the conflict," but then reversed course hours later after many users complained that Telegram was an important source of information. On Feb. 27, however, he admitted from his Russian-language account that "Telegram channels are increasingly becoming a source of unverified information related to Ukrainian events." This ability to mix the public and the private, as well as the ability to use bots to engage with users has proved to be problematic. In early 2021, a database selling phone numbers pulled from Facebook was selling numbers for $20 per lookup. Similarly, security researchers found a network of deepfake bots on the platform that were generating images of people submitted by users to create non-consensual imagery, some of which involved children.
