М.Козловский: «Торопятся, очень сильно торопятся. Не проведя в достаточной мере геологических изысканий, приходят на площадку. При этом неверно оценивается зона влияния нового строительства — это очень серьезный и важный параметр. Из-за этого страдает окружающая застройка».
С.Митрохин: «Фактически эти штрафы заранее закладывают в смету строительства. Мне кажется, нужны более жесткие наказания — вплоть до отзыва права заниматься строительной деятельностью при повторении несколько раз таких историй».
