В Центре откроют три мультимедийных лектория, два танцевальных зала, игровое пространство, концертный зал на 800 человек, арт-кафе, галереи современного искусства в колонном зале.

Ukrainian and international officials have accused Russia of targeting civilian populations with shelling and bombardments.
