К индикаторам риска нарушений добавили новый критерий: организация (ИП), взаимодействует более чем с 35 физическими лицами (ИП), применяющими специальный налоговый режим "Налог на профессиональный доход" со среднемесячным доходом от указанной организации (ИП) в размере более 35 тысяч рублей, у которых средняя продолжительность работы с указанной организацией (ИП) составляет более трех месяцев, при условии, что для этих физических лиц (ИП) доля дохода от организации (ИП) составляет 90 процентов и более. Документ вступает в силу с 6 января 2025 года.
