Мне вот даже интересно представить эту войну без волонтеров. Она или бы давно уже закончилась не в нашу пользу или шла бы в разы медленнее. Потому что деньги то у государства есть, но то как костно они распределяются... Это просто песня. Оперативность поступления всего необходимого сейчас обеспечивают именно волонтеры.
