Подсмотрела у одного шефа давно. Слегка дополнила от себя) И это укрепило мою связь с брокколи, от которой я не фанатела в чистом виде.
И если варю ее, то давно только так.
На 1 л воды 1 ч л сахара без горки 1 ч л солибез горки 2 дольки лимона 2 зубчика чеснока (тыльной стороной ножа раздавленных) Соцветия 🥦
🧡Соль, сахар, лимон, чеснок- добавить в кипящую воду. 🧡Заложить брокколи (мытую предварительно) 🧡Поварить 5 минут. Глебу варю ~ 7 минут. 🧡Переложить в холодную воду со льдом)
Так идеально сохраняется цвет, сочность, и для меня более приятный вкус получается! Я подаю дальше сразу, не разогревая) остатки-на омлет утром☺️

You may recall that, back when Facebook started changing WhatsApp’s terms of service, a number of news outlets reported on, and even recommended, switching to Telegram.
