- это приготовить из одного продукта 3 блюда.
В субботу я так и сделала. Берём филе бедра курицы (индейки) - у меня из ВВ, филе бедра цыплят -бройлеров.
Делим на 3 части и получаем: 🧡Вермишелевый супчик 🧡Котлеты(сделайте их с красным лучком, это бомба, такой сладкий вкус добавляет! Плюс специи, соль) И много раз отбейте фарш, воды не надо добавлять) 🧡Гуляш
В чем экономия времени? Лук все равно на суп измельчаем. делаем сразу и на гуляш. Филе через блендер сразу и на гуляш, и на котлеты пропускаем. На суп варим целыми филешками, потом измельчим при подаче.
Гарниры варились параллельно: гречка и булгур, по мере освобождения конфорок.
