🔹️یکشنبه ۲۶ شهریور ۱۴۰۳ جلسه‌ای با حضور نمایندگان دیپلماتیک سفارتخانه‌های دانمارک، سودان، روسیه، آفریقای جنوبی، عربستان، مالی، اوگاندا، زیمباوه، اردن، غنا و مالزی برگزار شد. مدعوین که در میان آن‌ها معاونین اقتصادی سفارتخانه‌ها هم حضور داشتند با برنامه‌های ستاد نانو در نمایشگاه آشنا شدند و همچنین حمایت‌های ستاد از هیئت‌های خارجی برای نمایندگان این کشورها تشریح شد.

Pavel Durov, Telegram's CEO, is known as "the Russian Mark Zuckerberg," for co-founding VKontakte, which is Russian for "in touch," a Facebook imitator that became the country's most popular social networking site. At this point, however, Durov had already been working on Telegram with his brother, and further planned a mobile-first social network with an explicit focus on anti-censorship. Later in April, he told TechCrunch that he had left Russia and had “no plans to go back,” saying that the nation was currently “incompatible with internet business at the moment.” He added later that he was looking for a country that matched his libertarian ideals to base his next startup. Two days after Russia invaded Ukraine, an account on the Telegram messaging platform posing as President Volodymyr Zelenskiy urged his armed forces to surrender.
