Купить завод — это же купить и имущество, и ответственность за штат, и социалку. И многое другое. А зачем российским чиновникам отвечать за жизнь и здоровье беларусов? Интереса их в этом нет.
Поэтому они пойдут по-хитрому. Привяжут работу витебских заводов исключительно к российским запросам и начнут доить. Диктуя только свои условия. Такая зависимость —это и есть высасывание средств из заводов.
И им все равно, что с предприятиями будет в будущем.

For tech stocks, “the main thing is yields,” Essaye said. The fake Zelenskiy account reached 20,000 followers on Telegram before it was shut down, a remedial action that experts say is all too rare.
