КБЖУ на 100 гр: 139/12/3/17

Творог 2% - 150 гр
Яичные белки - 50 гр (или одно яйцо)
Банан спелый - 1 шт (у меня 133 гр 😅)
Мука любая - 20 гр
Мак - 10 гр
Соль на вкус
Сливочное масло - 1 гр для смазывания формы

Смешиваем творог, мак, яичные белки и банан до однородной массы (если нет блендера, банан предварительно размять вилкой). К массе добавить муку. Форму для запекания чууууть смазать маслом и перелить в нее получившуюся смесь. Выливаем в силиконовую форму и отправляем в духовку на 180° на 25 минут. Остужаем, украшаем любимыми начинками и наслаждаемся 😍👍🏼

Мои добавки: белый йогурт, миндальные лепестки и сублимированная малина 🤤

Similarly, on April 17th, the Moscow Times quoted Durov as saying that he quit the company after being pressured to reveal account details about Ukrainians protesting the then-president Viktor Yanukovych. The regulator said it had received information that messages containing stock tips and other investment advice with respect to selected listed companies are being widely circulated through websites and social media platforms such as Telegram, Facebook, WhatsApp and Instagram. The message was not authentic, with the real Zelenskiy soon denying the claim on his official Telegram channel, but the incident highlighted a major problem: disinformation quickly spreads unchecked on the encrypted app. Soloviev also promoted the channel in a post he shared on his own Telegram, which has 580,000 followers. The post recommended his viewers subscribe to "War on Fakes" in a time of fake news.
