❗️Только что Четвертый Кассационный суд отменил решение апелляционного суда о сносе единственного жилья героя моего недавнего репортажа. Фактически все исполнительные листы на то, что семья должна покинуть и снести своё единственное жильё в г. Новороссийск - перестали иметь силу.
Особенно приятно, что прокуратура выступила на стороне семьи!
Присутствовал на судебном заседании и не могу передать ту радость, которую увидел на лицах Сергея, его супруги и даже маленького ребёнка, когда они услышали, что их дело будет пересмотрено.
