В двухсекционном доме будет 368 квартир, некоторые из них адаптируют для проживания маломобильных граждан. На первом этаже предусмотрены коммерческие помещения с отдельными входами с улицы, в вестибюлях жилой части разместятся комнаты консьержей, колясочные, лифтовые холлы.
Программа реновации жилищного фонда стартовала в августе 2017 года. В нее включено 5 176 старых малоэтажек, новое жилье получат около 1 млн москвичей. Для строительства жилья подобрана 631 стартовая площадка — на месте сноса старых домов, а также на территориях бывших промзон и неэффективно используемых участков.

At this point, however, Durov had already been working on Telegram with his brother, and further planned a mobile-first social network with an explicit focus on anti-censorship. Later in April, he told TechCrunch that he had left Russia and had “no plans to go back,” saying that the nation was currently “incompatible with internet business at the moment.” He added later that he was looking for a country that matched his libertarian ideals to base his next startup.
