Новоприбывшие - Искандар Махмудов и Андрей Бокарев, которые в 2021 году перестали быть контролирующими бенефициарами УГМК.
Теперь Петрову принадлежит 61,63% в ООО "Регент Голд", Елене Петровой - 20%, Елене Бережной - 9,07%, а новичкам - по 4,65%. Махмудов владеет долей через ООО "Виолан", Бокарев - через ООО "Элариум".
В 2023 году "Регент Голд" получила 29,3 млрд рублей выручки, что на 16,6 млрд больше, чем годом ранее. Прибыль превысила 971 млн рублей.
