Новизна: 1) Представлена модель сигналов мозга, поступающих на нейроинтерфейс. Верификация модели реализована на схожести сигналов с модельными функциями, представленными набором гармоник, и на результате работы классификатора реальных данных нейроинтерфейса.
2) Предложен алгоритм оценки числа источников сигнала мозга. Ранее оценка делалась исключительно с помощью симуляции. Мы предложили делать оценку на основе изучения топологии сигналов. А это удалось сделать именно предположив рассматривать мозг как набор осцилляторов, описываемых системой дифференциальных уравнений с постоянными коэффициентами.

At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. Though all three indexes opened in the green, stocks took a turn after a new report showed U.S. consumer sentiment deteriorated more than expected in early March as consumers' inflation expectations soared to the highest since 1981. Following this, Sebi, in an order passed in January 2022, established that the administrators of a Telegram channel having a large subscriber base enticed the subscribers to act upon recommendations that were circulated by those administrators on the channel, leading to significant price and volume impact in various scrips. Telegram boasts 500 million users, who share information individually and in groups in relative security. But Telegram's use as a one-way broadcast channel — which followers can join but not reply to — means content from inauthentic accounts can easily reach large, captive and eager audiences. But the Ukraine Crisis Media Center's Tsekhanovska points out that communications are often down in zones most affected by the war, making this sort of cross-referencing a luxury many cannot afford.
