✅На заседании фракции с участием секретаря генерального совета «Единой России» Владимиром Якушевым, министром финансов Антоном Силуановым приняли решение поддержать в первом чтении проект федерального бюджета на 2025г. и последующие 2026-2027гг. в первом чтении.
Предстоит работа над поправками ко второму чтению для реализации народной программы «Единой России» с которой мы шли на выборы.
За каждой программой должны стоять конкретные решения, конкретные изменения в городах и селах. Потому что в первую очередь, бюджет- это не о миллиардах, километрах и прочей отчетности, а о людях. О качестве и доступности медицины, образования и рабочих местах. #Народнаяпрограмма #ЕдинаяРоссия

At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. It raised an initial tranche of cash – worth more than a billion dollars – to help develop the coin before opening sales to the public. Unfortunately, third-party sales of coins bought in those initial fundraising rounds raised the ire of the SEC, which brought the hammer down on the whole operation. In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised. You may recall that, back when Facebook started changing WhatsApp’s terms of service, a number of news outlets reported on, and even recommended, switching to Telegram. Pavel Durov even said that users should delete WhatsApp “unless you are cool with all of your photos and messages becoming public one day.” But Telegram can’t be described as a more-secure version of WhatsApp. Telegram users are able to send files of any type up to 2GB each and access them from any device, with no limit on cloud storage, which has made downloading files more popular on the platform. It is unclear who runs the account, although Russia's official Ministry of Foreign Affairs Twitter account promoted the Telegram channel on Saturday and claimed it was operated by "a group of experts & journalists." In 2014, Pavel Durov fled the country after allies of the Kremlin took control of the social networking site most know just as VK. Russia's intelligence agency had asked Durov to turn over the data of anti-Kremlin protesters. Durov refused to do so.
