Прокуратура подала в Арбитражный суд Краснодарского края два заявления о привлечении ООО "Кама Шиппинг" (владелец танкера "Волгонефть 212") к административной ответственности.
"Морспасслужба" предъявила к "Кама Шиппинг" и ООО "Каматрансойл" (связана с "Кама Шиппинг" через совладельцев) исковое заявление. В качестве третьего лица заявлено ЗАО "Волгатранснефть" (владелец танкера "Волгонефть 239").
