Несмотря на внешнюю привлекательность, в нем есть несколько проблем: – Нет отделки между корпусами А и Б – Фасад дома окрашен некачественно – Не озеленена территория – Автостоянка повреждена – Нет подъёмников для инвалидов – В подъездах сколы на плитах и стенах – В электрощитовой дома нет отопления.
Все эти проблемы были зафиксированы в акте, и строительная компания обязалась исправить их до 15 июля. Народный фронт будет следить за этим и держать ситуацию на контроле!
