В ПДД установлен запрет на пользование телефоном при управлении транспортным средством. Существует административная ответственность в виде штрафа за нарушение запрета. Корректировка ПДД без внесения изменения в КоАП не позволит никаким камерам и инспекторам штрафовать за кофе, сигареты и т.д. Законопроектов на эту тему в портфеле Госдумы нет! Поэтому никаких штрафов быть не может. Камеры пусть определяют, что угодно….
И не стоит злить водителей, и так измученных камерным беспределом, ценами на топливо, пробками, эвакуаторами... Тем более, в праздничные дни и накануне Рождества 😉
