Очень рад, что Андрей Свинцов (которому перешёл мандат Владимира Вольфовича) не из таких.
Он, Ярослав Нилов, Борис Чернышов и многие другие депутаты разных фракций, защищают мужиков, которые находятся на СВО или прибыли с неё, а также права и интересы их семей.
