РК им. В.И. Ленина начал реорганизацию в форме присоединения компаний ООО «Минтай-И», ООО «Минтай-В», ООО «Минтай-Т» ранее выделенных из группы Русской Рыбопромышленной компании. На присоеденяемых компаниях
7 675 тонн минтая большая часть в Петропавловско-Командорской подзоне, Северо-Курильской зоне и Карагинской подзоне.

А Колхоз Ленина в свою очередь выделил компанию ООО «Минтай-РК» на которой 7 986 тонн минтая в Северо-Охотоморской подзоне и передал её Русской рыбопромышленной компании.

По нашему мнению произошёл обмен квотами для оптимизации добычи.
