Первое - это поддержка внутри "политбюро 2.0" путинского, второе - реализация крупных проектов на территории, третье - политический менеджмент и качество образа политика. Ну и, соответственно, конфликты с федеральными и региональными элитами, силовыми структурами», - рассказал политолог.
