Правительство РФ одобрило законопроект, который изменит правила призыва на срочную службу. Теперь тех, кого решили призвать, но не смогли отправить в армию сразу, будут направлять в войска в течение года после принятия решения.
Автором инициативы выступил председатель комитета Госдумы по обороне Андрей Картаполов. Законопроект направлен на упрощение процедуры призыва и сокращение числа должностных лиц, задействованных в этом процессе, включая врачей.

He said that since his platform does not have the capacity to check all channels, it may restrict some in Russia and Ukraine "for the duration of the conflict," but then reversed course hours later after many users complained that Telegram was an important source of information.
