С утра он принял участие в торжественной церемонии присяги курсантов Уральского института государственной противопожарной службы МЧС России.

Также сегодня министр вручит госнаграды сотрудникам Главного управления МЧС России по Свердловской области, особо отличившимся при исполнении служебных обязанностей. В программе визита министра - встреча с руководством Свердловской области.

He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations. Artem Kliuchnikov and his family fled Ukraine just days before the Russian invasion.
