Ворог атакував Одещину балістичними ракетами. Загинуло четверо людей, серед яких підліток.

Внаслідок атаки в Одеському районі сталося руйнування двоповерхової будівлі, де жили та працювали цивільні. Під завалами опинилися люди. Рятувальники ДСНС врятували четверо людей, ще троє людей, на жаль, під уламками будівлі загинули. Серед загиблих 43-річна жінка, 22-річний хлопець та 16-річна дівчина. Ще одна жінка від отриманих травм померла в лікарні.
Висловлюю щирі співчуття родинам загиблих…
10 людей отримали поранення та травми, девʼятеро постраждалих ушпиталено. Четверо людей у важкому стані.
Десятьом людям була надана психологічна допомога на місці.

Правоохоронні органи фіксують наслідки чергового злочину росіян проти цивільного населення Одещини.

Ukrainian forces successfully attacked Russian vehicles in the capital city of Kyiv thanks to a public tip made through the encrypted messaging app Telegram, Ukraine's top law-enforcement agency said on Tuesday. Telegram does offer end-to-end encrypted communications through Secret Chats, but this is not the default setting. Standard conversations use the MTProto method, enabling server-client encryption but with them stored on the server for ease-of-access. This makes using Telegram across multiple devices simple, but also means that the regular Telegram chats you’re having with folks are not as secure as you may believe. And indeed, volatility has been a hallmark of the market environment so far in 2022, with the S&P 500 still down more than 10% for the year-to-date after first sliding into a correction last month. The CBOE Volatility Index, or VIX, has held at a lofty level of more than 30. Some people used the platform to organize ahead of the storming of the U.S. Capitol in January 2021, and last month Senator Mark Warner sent a letter to Durov urging him to curb Russian information operations on Telegram. But Telegram says people want to keep their chat history when they get a new phone, and they like having a data backup that will sync their chats across multiple devices. And that is why they let people choose whether they want their messages to be encrypted or not. When not turned on, though, chats are stored on Telegram's services, which are scattered throughout the world. But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website.
