Песни для знаковых персон, кем бы они ни были, на волнах нашего радио. Не все из них мы можем включить в силу разных причин — наличия матерных слов или общей вульгарности трека и клипа. Но мы прикладываем фрагменты текстов, чтобы вы могли представить и прочувствовать.
Бессмысленные высказывания, действия, достойные «премии Дарвина», дикие идеи и шутки с бородой из лесного мха. А ещё гомерический хохот, вымораживающий ужас и глупость, вводящая в ступор, — всё это в течение года дарили нам наши герои и героини.
И мы считаем своим долгом их или поблагодарить, или хотя бы упомянуть.

Pavel Durov, Telegram's CEO, is known as "the Russian Mark Zuckerberg," for co-founding VKontakte, which is Russian for "in touch," a Facebook imitator that became the country's most popular social networking site. The gold standard of encryption, known as end-to-end encryption, where only the sender and person who receives the message are able to see it, is available on Telegram only when the Secret Chat function is enabled. Voice and video calls are also completely encrypted. Elsewhere, version 8.6 of Telegram integrates the in-app camera option into the gallery, while a new navigation bar gives quick access to photos, files, location sharing, and more. At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. It raised an initial tranche of cash – worth more than a billion dollars – to help develop the coin before opening sales to the public. Unfortunately, third-party sales of coins bought in those initial fundraising rounds raised the ire of the SEC, which brought the hammer down on the whole operation. In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised. These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise.
