Как отмечается, за нарушение общественного порядка в ночное время, выходные и праздничные дни предусмотрено наказание в виде штрафа. Размер штрафа для физических лиц составляет от 1000 до 3000 рублей, для юридических лиц - до 15 тысяч рублей.
