По версии следствия, 4 января из-за неправильной эксплуатации сотрудниками закрытого акционерного общества котельной в городе Подольске произошел прорыв теплотрасс. 170 домов остались без отопления в Климовске. Возбуждено дело по факту оказания услуг, не отвечающих требованиям безопасности.
Сегодня губернатор Подмосковья просил СК помочь в получении в эксплуатацию котельной: «Это возможно двумя путями: или через уголовное дело, или добровольно».
