Мне просто интересно, почему каждый раз за что то нужно бороться? Что за тенденция такая? Ведь так не должно быть в цивилизованном городе! Наша администрация считает наш город цивилизованным? Так почему такой ужас творится на мусорных площадках? Я могу действовать исходя из своего опыта. Так я и намерена действовать. Каждый год что то новенькое) Начало положено, доведу это до конца 😉
