Хочется вещать, что-то положительно-продуктивное, но эмоционально пока так…

Мы завершили ГВ и для меня это оказалось намного тяжелее, чем для Севы. Хочется поделиться нашим опытом, но чувствую, что не готова.

Стараюсь постоянно выдергивать себя из этого состояния, но получается не очень. Пока уйду на 2 дня для принятия ситуации (кстати, в такие моменты всегда надо четко давать себе дни для грусти. Легче потом из них выбираться, пупупу и тут душнила. Но метод рабочий).

А пока вот, держите. Я не знала о таком состоянии. Только после физической встряски в виде полной подавленности, опустошения и чувства вины решила прошерстить интернет.
