По словам авторов закона, он направлен на устранение лазеек, используемых для вывода денег с мобильных счетов, даже при наложенном аресте на банковские счета.
Нововведения обеспечат не только защиту прав собственников средств, но и предотвратят возможность использования мобильных счетов для обхода законодательства. Решение о заморозке или отключении связи будут принимать по запросу суда, МВД, ФНС, ФТС или прокуратуры.
