Основатель пермского музея современного искусства PERMM Марат Гельман (признан в России иноагентом) включен в список террористов и экстремистов.
Гельман находится в розыске в рамках уголовного дела. С 2014 года он живет в Черногории, где открыл арт-резиденцию. 30 декабря 2021 года Минюст России признал его иностранным агентом и внес его в реестр СМИ-иноагентов. После этого суд признавал его виновным в нарушении порядка деятельности иноагента - свои посты в мессенджере он публиковал без соответствующей плашки.
