Как утверждается, его цель — «объединить людей русской культуры, которые выступают против войны, и всем вместе помочь украинским беженцам».
В своем заявлении организаторы, которые пишут Российскую Федерацию исключительно в кавычках и также называют ее Эрэфией, призывают «токсичных русских» помогать украинским беженцам.
Все собранные проектом средства, как утверждается, будут отправлены в The Disasters Emergency Committee (DEC), который объединяет фонды, помогающие украинским беженцам. DEC — это группа благотворительных организаций Великобритании, которая недавно призывала людей жертвовать Украине именно деньги, а не вещи.
Одна только DEC собрала на помощь Украине 85 млн фунтов стерлингов (почти 15 млрд рублей), из которых около 25 млн пожертвовали из правительства Великобритании.

In a statement, the regulator said the search and seizure operation was carried out against seven individuals and one corporate entity at multiple locations in Ahmedabad and Bhavnagar in Gujarat, Neemuch in Madhya Pradesh, Delhi, and Mumbai.
