УФАС Ставрополья оштрафовал «Яндекс» на 500 тыс. рублей за нарушение в рекламе медицинских услуг. Компания пыталась оспорить санкцию, но безуспешно, сообщила пресс-служба антимонопольного ведомства.
Поводом для штрафа стало отсутствие предупреждения о противопоказаниях при рекламе медицинских услуг через систему «Яндекс.Директ». Антимонопольщики также установили, что рекламодатель на наличие дисклеймера повлиять не может.

Recently, Durav wrote on his Telegram channel that users' right to privacy, in light of the war in Ukraine, is "sacred, now more than ever."
