По версии следствия, Бронштейн через посредника получил от гендиректора фирмы взятку в 25 млн рублей за беспрепятственное участие в конкурсе по закупке интерактивных панелей в общеобразовательные организации Подмосковья, подписание актов выполненных работ и их своевременную оплату, а также за общее покровительство и попустительство по службе.
