Название - соединение трех слов: самозащита без оружия.
Но еще в 1931 г. вышла брошюра «Физические упражнения в РККА» под редакцией Василия Ощепкова, одного из основоположников самбо.

They commonly offer unrealistic returns of as high as 1,000% within 24 hours or even within a few hours.
